Help Arcadia raise $ now for a Splash Pad in 2021
The Town of Arcadia is working to “beat the heat” to offer residents and visitors a free, family-friendly alternative for recreation and fun in the summer months. In partnership with the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority and Patronicity’s CreatINg Places crowd funding grant program, the town will launch a fundraising campaign in July for a future downtown splash pad.
We’re planning on having restrooms and a pocket park nearby to help families enjoy an entire morning, afternoon, or day of fun.
We want to raise $20,000 through this campaign. If we reach this goal Creating Place will match that amount with an additional $20,000 for a total of $40,000!
Our campaign will officially kick off July 2 with the opening of Arcadia’s Farmers Market. We will have postcards available with details about how to donate and information on our website and social media.
More information to follow once the campaign has officially begun...
In the meantime, if you have any questions, please email grantsavenue@gmail.com.
